Learn by Working on Real-World Vitality Challenges

Students can contribute to the center through research, communication, project organisation, measurement, monitoring and Living Lab activities. By working on real-world questions, students develop professional, interdisciplinary and leadership skills.

Student roles

1. Day Coordinator

This is not a fixed role. It rotates between students from different functions so that everyone learns leadership, coordination and responsibility.

Tasks:

  • Coordinate the daily work.
  • Keep track of planning and progress.
  • Chair short team meetings.
  • Communicate priorities for the day.
  • Signal problems to supervisors.

2. Measurement and Research

Students from different educational backgrounds work together to analyse vitality questions.

Tasks:

  • Conduct literature searches.
  • Select suitable measurement instruments.
  • Develop questionnaires or interview guides.
  • Collect and analyse data.
  • Translate results into advice.

3. Communication

Students maintain the website and support communication with organisations and social media.

Tasks:

  • Update website content.
  • Write news items.
  • Support social media.
  • Communicate with organisations.
  • Prepare public-facing project updates.

4. Facility Management

Students organise activities, events and practical project logistics.

Tasks:

  • Organise meetings, workshops and events.
  • Arrange rooms, materials and planning.
  • Support participant registration.
  • Coordinate practical communication.
  • Evaluate events and activities.
